Is Fruta Vida a Scam?
Some people right now are asking, “Is Fruta Vida a scam, or is it a legitimate home business opportunity?”
The question is warranted, and I can completely empathize with any who ask it. After all, one must exercise caution when considering home-based/internet/networking opportunities. Many have been burned.
I will come back to the question momentarily, but let me assure you from the get-go that Fruta Vida is NOT a scam. It is a legitimate business opportunity for anyone who desires to begin to build a good and growing income from home.
There are many reasons why people are wondering if it is a scam. One is the incredible growth the company has seen since it officially launched in January (see earlier posts). Another is that it is one of the hottest, most-talked-about companies right now on the internet. The “buzz” is everywhere. A company that is this hot is going to create some measure of suspicion, and that is understandable. But the main reason some wonder if it is legitimate pertains to the 100% matching bonus aspect of the compensation plan.
Simply put, the question is this: How can the company pay its reps a 100% matching bonus every month on the group product volume of people they personally sponsor into the business? For example, Joe tells his friend Sue about the business opportunity, and she decides to join with Joe as her sponsor. Let’s say that the following month Sue earns $1250 from the product purchases of people in her organization. Joe would earn a matching $1250 that same month.
Again, let’s say that Joe sponsors another friend – Tom. And let’s say that the following month Tom earns $750 from the product purchases of people in his organization. Joe would earn a matching $750 that same month.
This is on top of the commissions Joe is earning from the product purchases of people in his organization. Let’s assume that totals $1950. So, Joe has made a total of $3950 in commissions for this particular month.
Now, some wonder how the company can afford to pay out these 100% matching bonuses for very long. Won’t they run out of money? The question is understandable. But the answer is, “No.”
It is important to understand that Joe is getting a 100% matching bonus on the commissions Sue and Tom earn in their 2x7 matrix (and there is a potential total of 254 customers/reps in the 2x7 matrix). Joe is NOT earning a 100% matching bonus on WHATEVER Sue and Tom make. That is to say, he is not making a 100% matching bonus on the total of their checks, but on the total commissions in their 2x7 matrixes. The most anyone can earn from a single matrix is approximately $2500. Therefore, the most any matching bonus can be on one personally sponsored rep is approximately $2500. But, in this illustration, Sue and Tom could earn significantly more than $2500 per month, provided that they themselves have personally sponsored others into the business.
It should also be said that any rep can personally sponsor as many people into the business as he or she wants. Can you imagine getting a 100% matching bonus on 10 or 15 filled matrixes?
When you do the math you realize that the company is paying out a total of 50% of its revenues to its reps, 100% matching bonuses included. And yes, the company can afford to do that forever!
Fruta Vida is not a scam. It is a legitimate company located in Texas, distributing a real (and powerful) product (see previous posts) to real customers through its many reps or associates.
If you have ANY questions about its legitimacy, please contact me. I am happy to talk to you.
