The BS3150 offers unequaled computing capability. It's combines 28-channels of programmable TTL and CMOS compatible I/O, a one-channel analog to digital converter, one-RS232 channel, and a battery backed real-time clock. The BS3150 comes in assembled and tested. The BS3150 can be use 64K SRAM/EEPROM or 256K SRAM or EEPROM interchangeable, you only need to do two jumper settings.
